Difficulty Login Ubisoft Connect

The reason why I logged in multiple time is because the app logs me out every time even thought I tick remember me.

And it's not even a lot of logins. As I remember it, I just reinstalled Anno yesterday and earlier today I logged in once to make sure I have all the updates so I can play it NOW.

So it's just two log ins :((

Search result suggests that I leave it alone for 24H and any attempt will make this longer. Jesus... I wish I bought this game on Steam.

Had this game on my wishlist for ages. Tempted to buy due to sale. Reading about Ubisoft launcher woes, decided not to.

Bought mine on Steam and had a similar issue (needing a Ubisoft Connect login key -- which had not received). Solution, for me, was to start the game From The Desktop Icon. That got past the Ubisoft logon with no need for the key. No logging in issues after that.

Hey there folks,

This issue should resolve itself after waiting for a few hours, up to a maximum of 24 hours from the last failed attempt. This error is caused by a login suspension, if repeated failed attempts are made logging into an account then Connect will temporarily block access, this is a security measure to prevent someone brute forcing access to an account.

However, If you are seeing this error immediately after the first log in please let us know. Thanks.
