Manola missing Clay pits

Has there been an update where they removed the 4 clay pits from Manola in New World Rising DLC? I see them in other people's play throughs online but not in my saves. I have all the year 4 complete edition and no mods installed.

I've noticed that people who purchased the New World Rising DLC during an existing game get 7 mineral deposit slots in Manola but if you start a new game now, you get 6 slots. The 9 Oil deposits remain constant no matter what but the rest of the minerals are random.
