"deliver none of your business" is bugged?

I can't seem to be able to complete this quest, does anyone know if I've overlooked something, I read in some reddit threads from years ago it was bugged, however surely they've fixed it after 4 years?

Hello,
I'm having the same issue. There is no location provided to deliver the goods. Random scanning the map also didn't end up in finding a suitable spot to deliver.
to answer the questings:
- Are mods active on the affected save ?
no mods are active.
- If you start a new game, is the quest Issue still occurring ?
hard to say since the quests occur randomly. Had the Quest only a this one specific game so far. After reloading and newly accepting the quest the issue is still present.
