2 problems when playing a online multiplayer game.

1. My friend and I have played 2 days in a MP game. everything is normal. But when it comes to the third day, actually today, the game became very lagging. It needed about 3~5 seconds to see the ship to move after the command.
I confirmed with my friend that we both didn't change any setting to the game, our system or our PCs.
2. When I met the 1st problem then I came to steam support to get help, steam gave a link to jump to a website: https://www.ubisoft.com/zh-cn/help. I clicked this website and tried to submit my problem, but there was no way to submit my custom complain, because that website ask me to log in before submitting, but the log in button didn't work. Not matter how many times I try, I can't log in and can't submit my problem either.
How to solve my connection lagging problem? Any help ?
