I, Me, Mine quest

I am attempting the quest but nothing shows up on my map and it doesn't take me to location when I click on quest. Does anyone k ow how to do this quest?

Sorry for everyone's difficulty on this one. I too had some trouble, but was able to solve it this way:

1) Turn radar on and travel east. The mined dive spot was to the far east edge of the map for me. Yellow radar quest finders vary in detection distance, but head that way and you should start seeing it.

2) I found no way to remove the protecting mines, but if you are very careful you'll find the dive bell radius is larger than the mine detonation radius. You can creep up and gather the quest item with out exploding. Careful not to sail through the mines as you leave.

This is still broken.

I've had this quest come up twice and nothing shows on the map. You have to sail around aimlessly hoping your locator picks it up. Item was in completely different places on my two attempts.
