DLC Issues
I purchased Anno 1800 on steam way back when it was still available on steam, I also have purchased all 4 season passes. When I launch the game, then game works fine & shows I have all Season pass content, but when i look at the steam page it shows the season pass content as being "available content" as tho steam wants me to buy it again. It does show that I have purchased the year 1,2,3,4 season passes tho.

Store Page DLC bug?
Now that Anno 1800 is back on Steam i went to look at the store page, to see if i was missing any dlc.
I noticed that even tho i bought all the Season passes (links in steam forum), the individual DLC's (that were in the season passes) are not marked with "In library".

Same bug here. Its kinda annoying, bcs I cant recognize which DLC I aim missing and should buy

Try to restart Steam, or wait for a while to let Steam update their DLC system.

Seems like the developer have to manually set what DLCs are included in SP and it seems like they didnt. It shows to me only SP as well.

Just to clarify - is this DLC you purchased in Steam itself and not owned via Ubisoft Connect?

Would anyone please be able to share some screenshot examples if this is the case so we can see if we can get this raised?

Don't really know where to look if it's owned in Ubisoft Connect, see the game, but nothing else, ingame all dlc are there tho

I thought you were referring to DLC owned rather than the store page itself!

From the screenshots you've sent though - it's working as normal.

Cross referencing both images - the DLC you own is listed with a small blue line in the Store.

If you hover over any of the listings with this line, it will expand to show 'In Library'.

Due to the way Steam's gifting system works, it will not remove the price tag, even if it's owned, in case you want to take another look or purchase any content for a friend.

I've checked my own Steam account with The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, where I own all of it's DLC and the result is the same, hovering over shows them as 'In Library'.

Hope this clears things up and if there's anything else we can answer or anything I've missed here, please let us know!

I think the issue is that owning the season passes only shows the season passes as in library, so you have to separately check which DLC is actually included in the season passes. For most games it does not work like this and instead shows the DLCs included in the season pass as "in library" too.

But Shouldn't the individual DLC's also be marked with 'In Library' when you bought the season passes?
Currently :
Year 3 Season Pass = In Library
Docklands = No marking
Tourist Season = No marking
The High Life = No marking

Also just noticed, for Season 4 Season pass it's fixed now on the store page. The individual DLC's are now marked 'In Library' (which weren't in the screenshot).
Year 4 Season Pass = In Library
Seeds of Change = In Library
Empire of the Skies = In Library
New World Rising = In Library
-----
Only for Year 1-3 they're not marked

i have this too. I have the complete edition with all the season passes and half of them are missing even while they should be in.

Hey guys,

I believe this will be due to the way Steam separates this content, marking the product you purchase itself.

Purchasing the Season Pass to Steam, is purchasing the Season Pass.

It won't retroactively mark the broken down content as all individually owned.

As this is a matter of the Steam Store's arrangement of DLC content / products, we'd be very limited in how we can assist in this, as we have no influence over this element of the Steam client.

As it stands, the Store is correctly marking what you've purchased as owned.

I'd recommend forwarding any feedback on this system to Valve themselves.
