Minor glitch/bug? Mission description not showing.

I is not big deal or game breaking, doesn’t even affect game play.

But just for immersion or curiosity when you accept a mission and in the mission panel in the left, there is a small “book icon” above the mission or bellow “show mission description”, you don’t need to but if you are curious if you press those a more detailed mission briefing is shown.

However that is kind of broken in my open early game, when I accept a mission and press those nothing opens, I even hear the “paper sound” effect, but is not shown, if I wait enough if I click try again and mission is still ongoing suddenly it works again!

Could you please capture a video of this behaviour and share it here?

As much as it may not be game breaking, it certainly doesn't sound like something that should be happening so we'd like to pass it onto the game team all the same to take a look at. :)

I’ll try but don’t know if it helps not much to show.
Just when I press the book icon in the quest panel to the left nothing happens, if I click bellow in the “quest details” I heard the book or paper sound, but the page with the info is not opening.

Also I noticed that if I delay, after several minutes if I have not completed the mission, it starts working again by itself, with both the book icon or de “quest details” I see the page opening.

I am just starting an open personalized game, not even reached the new world yet, All DLCs enabled except Seeds of Change (that i don't own yet), no rival AIs and those are optional missions for the merchants Sir Archivald, Eli And Madame K.

I report in an update this seems to be an “early game” issue.

I was still like I commented starting and taking it slowly. Yesterday it I just built my first shipyard so other missions started to pop up. Like the Land of lions and Emperor Ketema, I don’t know how is related, but that seems to fix the issue, now every optional mission I pick the quest details works fine.

Today in my last game, checked picked an optional and still works fine.
