Hey _fantail_
Thank you for getting in touch!
I'm afraid there isn't any current way in-game to disable fireworks.
Sorry to hear they've been such a hindrance to you!
I'd be more than happy to feedback to the game team that a toggle may be needed.

As much as I enjoy the Sunken Treasures DLC to build on, that's why I bought it. I'll have to disable it for now in future games. Thank you for your attention to this.
No problem at all _fantail_!
You know where we are if there's ever anything more you need help with!

Why do you have to disable it? You can remove the Scepter from the museum module anytime and replace it with anything else. It's only worth 50 Attractiveness Points. Any other Legendary item is the same amount, and no fireworks.
Thanks for sharing some tips here on how to work around this fireworks issue, it's much appreciated.

I think your missing the point. I want to go through the quest line and earn the Sceptre then remove it? How about no. We should have an option to disable the constant fireworks. I can appreciate your suggestion but it's not an option if you desire to keep the Sceptre. The option to disable them was taken away from us.
