thanks for the reply! :)
Sorry for our delayed response, but it's great to see you've been able to get some help already!
If there's anything we can help with, just let us know.
Take care guys!
- Ubisoft Support
Well, the only thing that you guys could be able to help with is fixing it i suppose. :)
If someone can capture a clip demonstrating this behaviour, we'll certainly pass this onto the team for them to take a look at.
Thank you!

No need, steps to reproduce...
1. Play until you get the "you've been playing for two hours" notice.
2. Keep playing for another hour or so.
3. Observe UI disappear. No trigger, no warning.
The game world is still being rendered, even the UI layer works underneath, its just not being displayed - so you are able to Ctrl+S, Enter, Enter to save your game. The notification audio queue helps determine when the saving is done.
For some reason, this always happens AFTER the 2h warning. Its almost like its a sneaky deterrent to stop playing the game. This has happened *every* session without exception.
Hello Martus,
Thank you for getting back to us, this has since been raised to the team.
As part of their investigation, they have requested the system files of players experiencing this.
If you could please please open a case on our Support Site[ubi.li] and send over your system files.
DxDiag[ubi.li]
Msinfo[ubi.li]
You can also reach us on Facebook[ubi.li] and Twitter[ubi.li].
We can then pass these files on as part of their investigation.
Thank you!

So far pressing the Window's key or CTRL + G may make the HUD reappear for some players, for others a restart is required when this happens.
If you would like to help us find a resolution to this issue, please send us your Dxdiag and Msinfo files as requested from Ubi_TheBerry in the above message. Thank you for your help.
-Ubisoft Support
I can confirm this is not the case but certainly if you ever have trouble we will be happy to help
- Ubisoft Support
Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out.
I believe this was resolved.
Have you encountered this more than once?
If this is happening frequently, please could you capture any screenshot / video examples so we can take a look and see if this needs to be re-raised?
Thank you!
- Ubisoft Support
