How to buy/sell ships from other players in co-op?

I was playing with a few of my friends, and had a sizeable shipyard, and wanted to sell the ships i was producing to them, but couldn't find any way to do it. Is there no way to sell ships to players? or am i just missing something?

I dont think so, same as there is no way to give them money (tribute) or to adjust prices for buy in/sell of good. Game is lacking so much previous parts already had, quite sad
