blue screen after 30 minutes of the campaign. SOLVED
Hello, after 20 minutes or 30 minutes of the campaign, blue screen appears and windows crashes. My system is stable, I have this problem only with Anno 1800 (more than 20 games installed, more tha 1000 hours of play....).
Yesterday I updated the AMD drivers (last version is optimized for anno 1800) and the system but the problem persists.

Hello there,

You can check the cause of a bluescreen error in your windows dump folder.

A guide to doing this can usually be found online.

The information provided in the dump can usually help you troubleshoot the issue.

sorry, but this type of answer is not useful if no link or guide are posted.
A generic answer "A guide to doing this can usually be found online" is not support!
Support is another thing.

The error code is:
0x0000001e (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000).

I'm downloading and reinstalling the game.
Maybe it could be a corrupt file, according "online guide". I checked memory and VGA.

The problem is the same playing in steam mode offline (suggestion of other thread)

Have you other ideas? Thank you

In detail the error is related to:

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED and ntoskrnl.exe

Have someone idea? Thank you

I solved.

1) Install amdcleanuputility
2) Disinstall amd driver in windows in safe mode
3) Shutdown
4) Reinstall "optimized amd driver for Anno 1800" driver higher than 19.4.2 as administrator

I have the same problem, BSOD about every hour or even earlier (yesterday right after 5 minutes). Same errorcode as OP, latest AMD drivers (19.4.2), Windows 7, Radeon R290X GPU, FX-8950 CPU. Checked memory, everything okay.

Worth to mention that it only happens while playing Anno, not in any other application / game. I even cannot remember when I had the last BSOD before Anno, it's really super super rare to happen, but with Anno it happens all the time. :(

Edit: I can see that my last BSOD before Anno was in 2014, just to say that it is _really_ rare for me to happen.
