Anyone missing ships?

I set up my first trade route between one of my islands in the old world and one in the new world and the ship is nowhere to be seen.

It's like the ship is somewhere between the old and new world because it's not listed on the ships panel in either old or new world but in the trade route window it's listed there with no issues.

Anybody else experiencing this?

check the world map (space bar), it should be visible there if it's transitioning between the two maps.

Found them as altarius said, they were in the world map view. Never tried it before so thought that once they left old world they would be in new world, didn't realize there was a crossing time.
