DLC and Ubisoft Club Rewards

I have deluxe and season pass, so by that also I got Anarchist. Yet on the Ubisoft club rewards menu, I can't redeem any Anarchist related things because "You need to own 'The Anarchist' DLC" Despite it being owned, installed and even played against in-game.

Is this a bug or is there something specific you need to do in order to actually claim it?
