Treasure Map Island

I activate them I have literally checked every single island in old world and none match the treasure map are they bugged? is the shape wrong or am I missing something???

Would appreciate some help on this

You need a echo sounder that you can make by old nate island and equip it in one of the three slots, and go to the location (close) and follow the sound waves treasure map echo waves are yellow/ gold.

oke ty its nowhere mentioned ingame so activating the treasure maps is useless without that I guess

you have a few can do but most require that you need the echo sounder

and the non matching island ? where x marks the spot ?

X mark is the spot but you need the echo sounder to unlock the location and for the island match I you have the legendary echo sounder (N.8.D.A.R) then is most easy way to find it
