my ship dissapear between regions

Hello i'm been losing ships over and over in my last game when i send them by clicing in the button of "send to another region" at random it don't happen when i make a merchant route.

at the start i thought it was because i get destroyed but that's imposible because two reason.
1- i'm in the lower corner at 1 meter of the border on the left side.
2- i even put 2 warship to avoid get killed.

what happen it's when i put the warships they just stop at the border and don't travel to other region, it's like when they arrive the ship that i click "send to another region" just banishes.
it also only happen with merchant ships.
and obviously they are not traveling between regions and they don't appear also in the world map and there's not a notification of ship destroyed or attacked.

it's there a bug or something?

If a Ship gets destroyed from the AI opponents or from the Pirates
it will be displayed in your notifications menu.

If you have not done yet, get in touch with the UI to make sure you are not
missing anything.

You can also play without AI opponents and Pirates.

As for the rest of you post, i have not encounted anything you have said,
even if i have played with AI opponents and Pirates in my very firts humble
seps in the Game. I'm also not using any Mods, in case you do.

but it's not posible to being destroyed for the reason i said.

even one of my line ships can destroy the whole army of IA and i even put two line ships to follow the marchant ship.

they both got stuck on the border and my merchant ship dissapeared.

it happened me three times, all of them traveling to manola and all of them while i click on "travel to another region" and while all of them were full of mats from old world to the new world. all of them while i paid pirates to don't get attacked in both maps.

So it's 100% imposible that they got destroyed by other ships also hours passed between the three of them.

wow .. sounds pretty much like a bug..

try a troubleshoot here at steam wich will check the files.. and maybe there are mods you using wich causes this?
otherwhise i have no clue.. hearing such a thing the first time.

so you basiacly click on send ship to another region and it gets destroyed the moment it leaves your map.
