Is there a way to set all goods at once to a certain buy and sell level

without going to each individual item in every I land and doing it over and over again. This is very time consuming when u own a lot of warehouses in the 4 or 5 districts

All warehouses are linked to eachother.
What you set in 1 of them applies to all..

So i usualy set buy and sell and what prices and amount in any warehouse on that island..

But ofc it doesnt apply to the other islands..

The way I read your question you want to set the sell or buy amount of all goods you have or want in storage in your trading post/warehouse on one island to a certain amount all at once, if that is so the answer is no. You would have to select and set each good. This can be done, as Nenne explains, from the main trading post or any warehouse on your island and does not affect any other island storage. It's an interesting question and I can't imagine why you would need to do that. Sorry!
