Mapping Enbesa quest from Archibald

This quest presents four crude maps and descriptions of landmarks. I'm having trouble completing it.

Must the landmarks be found and the sub-quests completed in numerical order, or doesn't it matter?

I'm almost certain I've located the third one ("Suggestive mountain") and I've approached it from every direction, but either the sub-quest doesn't trigger, or I satisfied that part of the quest a long time ago. Parts two and four have also been done today. Part one, done long ago I believe. In any case I've found it again and sailed around it but nothing triggers. The quest is still outstanding. Any hints? Does the map of Enbesa change much from one seed to another?

Another Enbesa quest that I'm clueless about is "Epic of Lions: The Silver Age - Hallowed Halls." Something about seven palaces or ruins of palaces on various islands, but apparently we need to locate only two. I quickly found one on Waha Desi. Angereb has a ruined palace, but evidently it is not one of the two satisfying this quest (clicking on it does nothing.) There is nothing about this puzzle or anything that might follow it in the wiki, according to which all we must do is sail to Kidusi Antoni and retrieve the reward. I also notice in the wiki's flowchart for this story line that the reward "Chronicles of Enbesa" is described in various places as uncommon, legendary, or epic. Does the level depend on what branch of the flowchart is taken to receive the quest? Can we receive it at more than one level? If not, it looks as though I've missed out on the best one.
