Island space?
I've settled one of the 3 largest islands on the map. It's not very big at all but had me wondering with all the DLC's there has to be one of them that brings substantially larger islands to the game to fit all the new stuff in the all the DLC that is for sale, so which DLC do I need to buy to get those larger islands?

I've got docklands, the passage and botanica (season 1 I think) that I bought on sale over at ubisoft years ago but the islands are the same size so it can't be in season one, which DLC offers larger islands so I can build a metropolis sized city without running out of space?

Thanks

Sunken Treasures offers the largest landmass in the game with Crown Falls, a continental island, that's the one you want if you're looking to build big

There's also New World Rising that adds Manola in the NW, it's the largest island of the region

Thanks.

LOL, I went ahead and purchased it on Steam and start up the game and don't see anything new so I run my mouse over the additional content in the game only to realize I already have sunken treasure and 2 other DLC bought on ubisoft so apparently I've already got the largest island. I had hoped there was something larger.

Oh well, refunded the DLC on Steam since I've got it on Ubisoft and it plays on Steam just fine., no point in buying it a second time.
There's a mod on Nexus called 'Old world falls'[www.nexusmods.com] that puts Crown Falls in the starting map. If you have Sunken Treasures, you can have 2 of them.

Thank you. Also found it in the in game mod browser. and now subscribed to it. Now that's one massively spacious island to really spread out on.

Have you actually unlocked and found Crown falls?

Probably not as I don't play campaigns, just sandbox. I despise most campaigns in the games I have played. But from what I understand from above, the mod puts it into the map at the south and I just played it briefly and it's huge, Heck, I'd like to see every map have 2 to 4 islands this size. That would be awesome

If you want four islands that size, then the in-game mod 'Four Crowns' is what you want. As for campaigns vs sandbox, you can still unlock the legitimate Crown Falls in sandbox, via a special expedition that sends you to Cape Trelawney, assuming you have the sunken treasure dlc.

The campaign is essentially the same as a sandbox, just with a story that acts as an extended tutorial.

Thanks, I haven't gotten as far as expeditions since taking up and playing the game again, I'll keep this in mind and download the four crowns mod.

I'm lost on this. I've downloaded the Four Corners mod inside the game and it's activated but I don't see how to actually make it work in the game to give me the 4 corner maps and there were no instructions on the mod page.

How do I make it work to produce a map with the 4 corner maps?

Thanks for the help.
I've never used it, but the nexus version says it's not compatible with sunken treasure.

I think they're right, it's in a never ending loading before set sail comes up to play. Guess I'll just stick with the one giant island playing without AI there are enough other largish islands to also grab. Thanks
