1800 Game with Dual screen - multi display with different resolutions failing to work.

I just bought this game and I have two different monitors. One is 4k other is 2k. I have the primary display 4K setup as the primary and shows as 1*. The startup of 1800 is totally distorted when trying to use full screen. It also doesn't pick correct resolution when actually trying to run in window mode it switches the 2K in window mode. I have hundreds of games and I had this problem 2 times ever in that picking wrong window. How can I force this via a setting or toggle to use the correct display or resolution. For suggestions stupid AI telling me to change my display to use Nvidia phyx settings to SPAN my monitors I never done that before and if I do that it makes both monitors the same resolution picking the WORST monitor as of course the Mirror. AI at Bing also suggest I can shut off temporally the other monitor which i can and suggested go back in launch correctly but it doesn't it reverts back to same problem. Only if I unhook or disable the 2nd monitor it works. But when I turn it on the display again in windows, the probable happens again. The way I run my desktop in windows for now 8 years is to have my primary in center and upper right half is monitor 2 having exactly 1/2 height and 1/2 width.

the problem solved for me by manually setting the correct resolution inside Documents/Anno 1800/config/engine.ini
