In Arctic and Enbesa I'd recommend it. The smaller spaces benefit more from lifestyle demands.
In Arctic I'm pretty sure if you supply all lifestyle needs they don't need heaters for residents.
Mail is the most profitable but at a point some are easy to fulfill, so why not.
edit: to OP, I know you are mostly happy about the extra money in the moment and rightly so, but there will come a point where money doesn't matter but extra workforce will always be welcome. Keep that in mind later if you want to choose which tiers you want to provide with lifestyle needs and which not. When in doubt, extra engineer workforce will be more worth it than extra investor money.
Good luck with that haha. There's a ton of things to learn in the game, which I like. Also if you are looking for help the reddit sub /anno or /anno1800 is more active. Since most people only recently started playing via stream.
