Will there be a year 5?

As the title says, has Ubisoft communicated whether they will have another year of DLCs, or is Anno 1800 basically done?

I know with all the DLC so far, the engine is being stretched to it's limits, but with content like there is for Anno 2070 (world events, voting, etc) that wouldn't be necesarry. With the added stuff where you can unlock ingame stuff with the coins in the grand gallery, that makes it similar to unlocking content for your Ark that you can use in every new game/scenario for instance.

And I don't think the current scenarios were part of DLC, right?

Sometimes they change, but trust me here when I say that new gameplay DLC won't happen anymore for Anno 1800 ;)

On the scenario topic: We did release one scenario for everyone with Game Update 13 at the end of 2021. The remaining 3 scenarios were part of the Season 4 DLC.

Oh that's a pity, I thought you guys left a loophole with the wording 'main development' which to me meant: sure no DLC, but maybe some other gameplay stuff. Still I've enjoyed the past 4 years and hope to enjoy it till a new project comes out.
