5 pyrphorian anarchists

I can't find them in the 2 minutes, changed time to night but i've only found 3
Any ideas/help would be appreciated

Don't look for them but rather move your mouse over the roads and look at your pointer. It changes into a hand when you can pick something/someone up.

Cos like you i never be able to finished the first times ..^^

Go to the ocean, pause, on pause, return to the island. All the useless citizen will be removed, only the scripted ones will remain. Find an anarchist, stop the pause, click on it.
Redo the step one.
