Travel Time
Is individual citizens travelling to and fro, say from the work to their home, a factor in this game? It doesn't seem so, and the game says that citizens are available "everywhere," but that doesn't necessarily mean that travel time is not an issue.

No, the workers themselves don't have 'travel time'. Fields and production plants basically work 24/7 as long as the goods have not hit your storage limit.
