Missing newly bought Cosmetic Packs from Steam
Just bought the Old Town pack and the Eldritch Pack with this steam account 1 day ago and download the Anno 1800.

Play a while with a brand new save and found the two packs do not activate yet. I tried to find it from in game, game menu and my connected Ubisoft account but none of them said I had own that 2 packs.

Only steam said I have those DLCs auto checked DLCs and Ubisoft activations for me.

I have contacted with Ubisoft web help services, but get low efficiency, I cannot wait for hours just a none answer but questioning me: plz ensure your steam dlc management have those dlcs little box checked:lunar2019crylaughingpig::lunar2019crylaughingpig::lunar2019crylaughingpig:

I'm not a pc video game idiot.:lunar2019deadpanpig:

Is there official or dev stuff here?
What can I do to help myself activate these bought packs faster?

Hi AikawaKizuna! I'm sorry to hear that you're missing the Old Town pack and the Eldritch Pack. Could you first please try the following Steam troubleshooting steps and see if they help:

1. Delete the Download Cache on Steam[ubi.li]

2. Restart your PC and login to Steam. Once logged in, try to repair your storage folder as this can also help to resolve certain issues with game files that are damaged, missing or corrupted. On the Steam client, click on Settings >> Storage >> click on the 3 dots on the top right >> Repair Folder

3. Verify your game files[ubi.li]

If not, please let me know and we can continue to look into this together ☺️
Thanks for your reply.
Actually I have verify game files done once as soon as I've got this issue.
but I don't try delete cache yet.
I'm doing right now.

step 1 check.
step 2 check.
step 3 verifying right now.:rbrbr2:
The problem did not solved.
I think it's not a corrupted files problem.:lunar2019crylaughingpig:
Ok, the web services let me re-install the game. But I bought packs before I download the game this time.
What's wrong with Ubisoft online custom services?:lunar2019crylaughingpig::lunar2019crylaughingpig:
Could they turn more helpful for players?

Why they couldn't just check what's wrong with my paid product??? Don't they have the bills and background console to look up this?? instead of nonsense words?

Sorry @Ubi-Mysterion I'm not angry with your developers, Anno 1800 is the best game ever from Anno series I think.
I do have patience,I hope I won't lost it, but problem is problem, patience do nothing for solving problem.
Ubisoft need to do something.

Hi AikawaKizuna! Don't worry I completely understand your frustration. I apologise that the provided troubleshooting steps didn't help. Could you try the following steps that you haven't tried already please:

- Ensuring your content is installed on Steam[www.ubisoft.com]

- Starting both Steam and Ubisoft Connect as admin

- Activating the two packs on Steam

- Launching Anno 1800 as admin

Ornaments from content packs[www.ubisoft.com] should be located in the construction menu.

Please let me know whether this helps ☺️

Of course I bought Anno 1800 on Steam, installed Anno 1800 and all contents from Steam.

- Starting both Steam and Ubisoft Connect as admin
Tried.

- Activating the two packs on Steam
CD-Keys nowhere to be found, these two packs shows as already installed in the library game page.

oh, and they are checked. supposed to run when game starts.

- Launching Anno 1800 as admin
Trying.
Still no these two packs
im reinstall the whole game from steam now, as ubi web server told. hope it works.
Reinstall complete, 2 new bought pack contents still go missing.

Excellent news! Glad to hear this is resolved and thanks for getting back to us with updates on the situation.
I'd like to take the opportunity to have the game's developers in the Steam discussion - I'd like to say thank you for fixing the binding of DLC from Ubisoft in Steam.

Really love that game, you are the best :precision:
