1. Delete the Download Cache on Steam[ubi.li]
2. Restart your PC and login to Steam. Once logged in, try to repair your storage folder as this can also help to resolve certain issues with game files that are damaged, missing or corrupted. On the Steam client, click on Settings >> Storage >> click on the 3 dots on the top right >> Repair Folder
3. Verify your game files[ubi.li]
If not, please let me know and we can continue to look into this together ☺️
Actually I have verify game files done once as soon as I've got this issue.
but I don't try delete cache yet.
I'm doing right now.
step 2 check.
step 3 verifying right now.
I think it's not a corrupted files problem.
What's wrong with Ubisoft online custom services?
Could they turn more helpful for players?
Why they couldn't just check what's wrong with my paid product??? Don't they have the bills and background console to look up this?? instead of nonsense words?
Sorry @Ubi-Mysterion I'm not angry with your developers, Anno 1800 is the best game ever from Anno series I think.
I do have patience,I hope I won't lost it, but problem is problem, patience do nothing for solving problem.
Ubisoft need to do something.
- Ensuring your content is installed on Steam[www.ubisoft.com]
- Starting both Steam and Ubisoft Connect as admin
- Activating the two packs on Steam
- Launching Anno 1800 as admin
Ornaments from content packs[www.ubisoft.com] should be located in the construction menu.
Please let me know whether this helps ☺️
Of course I bought Anno 1800 on Steam, installed Anno 1800 and all contents from Steam.
- Starting both Steam and Ubisoft Connect as admin
Tried.
- Activating the two packs on Steam
CD-Keys nowhere to be found, these two packs shows as already installed in the library game page.
oh, and they are checked. supposed to run when game starts.
- Launching Anno 1800 as admin
Trying.
It seems Ubisoft staff done look into my account.
Thank you.
Problem solved.
