Ubisoft connect ERROR

I can't start the game. I haven't played for a long time and my account authorization has expired, last time in the mail and password entry window in my house the power went out. Now I'm trying to start and the ubisoft connect application does not open any window. And the ubisoft connect application just hangs as a running program on my taskbar in windows. The question is, can I clear some cache to fix this problem?

I have an "Can not verify ownership" issue starting the game after 315 hrs of playtime. Ubisoft support are a bunch of losers.
