Is it possible to defeat the pirate Anne Harlow?
Can I knock Anne Harlow out of the game? I've mostly defeater her navy, but I see her island is heavily fortified and I don't want to attack it if it can't be taken.

Is it possible to take her island and defeat her?

You can storm in there and destroy the cannons, but once she's wiped out she'll send a fleet from off the map in order to retake her cove periodically, which you can destroy, but she'll do it again and again

So you can cripple her very seriously but she cannot be eliminated forever

I always thought it was better to keep her happy ... shes a great supplier of gold for beer.

Interesting... I always got dragged into war with her and could never trade. I'll keep that in mind though.

The general rule is - never form alliance with other AI's. It gives you no benefits, and they drag you into their wars all the time
