Fuel Efficient Achievement
Any trick for this achievement ?
Do I stockpile a lot of oil and just build 25 fuel stations ?
Must the fuel station be running ? because I will reach the fuel cap pretty quickly and then the station will just run at a low percentage...

Yes, they must actually be producing Fuel (running)
Stockpile oil
Build 25 fuel stations and PAUSE them as soon as you finish building them(this avoids filling them up). Maybe build a spare 26th fuel station
When all 25 are built, UNPAUSE them
