One Hand Washes the Other
How do you do this quest? start / finish it? Its in the new world.

Have no clue and i read online that for some people its a bug and the cant continue with the quest, just stuck?

IIRC it's an overarching quest that is completed once you're done building everything on La Isla

Chaosium, I'm sure it's me, but I don't find your answer helpful. What does 'building everything on La Isla' mean?

It's been a while since I've played the campaign, but you should have other main quests at the same time, e.g. reach X population on La Isla, build a fire station, find the arsonists, etc. These must be completed before progressing with the main plot and Isabel
