MODS on Anno 1800; Got a Modloader Github error and crash if I continue.. Need HELP

Hi Gang.
I had a copy of Game on UBISOFT, and when I wanted to buy the cosmetic packs it was so expensive I bought TODAY the AnnoVersary Edition. Everything works except my unlocked Grand Gallery stuff, but Ill get an answer later

Question 1: I tried using the Github ModLoader version 0.94 (latest) and i get an error when starting game in Steam

Do I still need to install a Modloader for the mods in MODS directory to be detected ? everything works on my original non steam version but on steam version, I get an error and if I continue i crash

Question 2:
Can some kind soul help me out and explain the steps I need to do to install my self contained MODS Directory from my Ubisoft version to my Steam version

The modloader is built into the game now, I think I added a folder called Mods in the main anno 1800 directory and then the Mod browser option showed up in the main menu
