DLC Old World Blues map not appearing?

I got the Season Pass 2, which contains the Land of Lions DLC.
There's supposed to be a map called Old World Blues, as can be seen in this YouTube stream https://youtu.be/dttLAdZasbY?si=tmbmQCtWQgWCBkjv&t=216

But it doesn't appear in my map types. What can I do to play on this map?

You have to finish an expedition for each region before you can enter it. after a while, a sailor will contact you and take you there.

Old World Blues is a modded map that is not part of the game. If you want to play on it, you will have to download and install the mod. Here's one possible source:

The extremely large island that's featured at the southern end of that mod map is Crown Falls, which was introduced with the "Sunken Treasures" DLC as part of Season Pass 1.
