How acquire items that give electricity around trade unions

Does anyone know where I can get items that give electricity around trade unions? Like the steam turbine item? I have all DLC(ubidoft anniversary edition)

I want to use those to increase ourput of my mines and organic rubber, running out of both.

- You can buy certain of this items at various traders (Archibald, Prison, Madame Kahina, Isabel Sarmento, Pirates)
- Experts come to your island via Visitor/Tourist Piers
- You can research this items in the Research Institute (Land of Lions DLC needed)

Modded:
With certain mods you can just buy most of the items at traders.
