What is included in the Definitive Annoversary?

BUT I have bought it, and all the Cosmetics packs are missing. I couldn't find a way to activate them. On the Steam page, it looks like I didn't buy it, but I have bought "Definitive Annoversary Edition". All cosmetics packs should have been included.

The problem is DLC Cosmetics packs seem to be not bought in Steam, although I bought Definitive Edition in Steam.

They should appear in the game setup menu when you start a new game, you can chose which DLC to include in the game before you start.
