Is there a way to change the skin of a large number of buildings at once?

Lets say I build a new grouping of houses and get everything looking right and then decide I want them all to be the old world styled houses. Can you change all those skins at once or do you need to go into each and every house and select them?

Hold shift while clicking on a new skin - it will change on all houses that form an uninterrupted chain — they'll be highlighted green.

Another thing you can do is change one house, then click on the Paint Brush icon in the tool bar, hold Shift, click and drag starting on the house with the skin you want, and drag over the whole neighborhood. Every similar house will change to the new style.
