Do you brew beer on your home island?

I thought I was lucky having all the fertility I needed on my home island to brew beer, but now I have so little room left. Do you brew beer on your home island or do you always use another island for that?

Brewing, yes. But ingredient farms go on another island.

Early game I produce everything on my main island, just bringing in crops that I don't have the fertility for. As soon as I have the commuter pier and oil I outsource to other islands. An island for agriculture and related productions like bakeries, buffed by tractors and later fertilzer, and another island for dirty industry. Some stuff I keep on the main island, just to keep it from being nothing but homes, I like to mix it up.

I usually try to go for a farmer island immediately and put all my farms and ranches there.
This way I can concentrate on workers and upward on my main island. Farmers just take too much space otherwise.
Industries may be outsourced later when I have commuter piers. But only when I'm in the mood to do that or really need that space.
