Enbesa Mapping quest, totally disappeared after solving the locations

I am angry it took me a lot of time finding the last location (very hidden in a foggy unexplored area).

It was the arc, as you know you must do a race, perhaps I lose the race, and I reached the arc first by much but didn’t know I had to cross under it.
But NOTHING TRIGERED

Anyways whatever, the book is still in my ship with a “star” on the map marking I have an item quest on it.

But I see in quest is not there anymore in the quest interface, also no map marcs for it.

I have tried to return to the Emperor, to Sir Archibald, to the Arc…
Nothings triggers the quest seems just vanished!

That was totally possible but really don't care about cos this quest change nothing....
I made this quest more and less 10 times , and one time that was impossible to me to valid this one with the island with the whiskey'bottle...
Sometime a quest that you have made one time , don't work the second time in the same game ?!?
Somes bugs appears sometimes without any logic explanations...
