But keep in mind, that's a huge project, you'll need a large population of Scholars.
I know it's recommended to settle the Scholars on their own island. But personally I don't like this idea, I have built my research institute and scholars campus all on Crown Falls. For me it works well, but I'm not a record builder, going more for aesthetics than for population numbers.
But anyway, get the Enbesa quest / research institute asap, you won't regret it.
Thanks Lumina.
That was the answer I was hoping for.
I did send a ship to do Land of Lions quest, and it's actually at the end - I just didn't click the last thing when it's at the canal
Everything is running just fine, so I can devote my time to it.
But, yes you should settle Enbesa the area is interesting and the islands can be developed into very attractive settlements.
The research institute and the grand gallery will be very helpful to provide you strong items that will decrease the needs (town hall items) and increase production (trade union items). The tourist buildings (cafe, restaurant, iron tower) and the malls will also be very helpful to decrease certain needs (like to be seen in the picture below my skyline tower has nearly all decrease buffs).

Thanks.
I have some insane production going on - like 21 Lamp factories on this island, running at 300%.
I stopped playing this before Land of Lions came out though. It does have Bright harvest running, so there's crazy Coffee, Chocolate and other plantations going on - but now I can even have more islands. I will include all DLC into this game now.
Thanks for the advice.
