Farmer houses say 13 max population, worker houses say 28.

Everywhere I see it says max pop is 10/20, and I can only get 10/20 per...

Is this a known bug, I only have the base game and no dlc

Do you fulfill the lifestyle needs?
If you allow f.e. the farmers to consume flour, soap and sugar, you should get the additional 3 pop (so max in base game is 13, with dlc‘s its higher).

No I was just curious as I've seen everywhere including some let,l's plays where the max was 10, and was wondering why mine was showing 13. If it is 13 I'm good I was just a bit confused on whether or not I was dealing with an issue.

The increase came when lifestyle needs were implemented. The older let's plays are probably from before the lifestyle needs were introduced.

Perfect thanks for the help. Amazing how hard it is to find this info. I'm definitely late to the party with this game so the YouTube crowd has definitely dried up in regards to it.

Also note that houses gain additional base population capacity when you upgrade them to higher levels.
