Season passes missing in Anno 1800 - Year 4 Gold Edition

Hi just installed Anno 1800 - Year 4 Gold Edition. But there seem to be no season passes besides number 1 contained in it.

Purchaising process suggest otherwise. What might have gone wrong in install or understanding of this package?

Sounds like it's working as intended. The Gold Edition only includes the base game and the Year 4 Season Pass.
If you want the base game and the whole pack of gameplay-relevant DLC, you'll need the Complete Edition.
Do note that, despite the name "complete", this is only complete in regards to the gameplay-relevant DLC and does not include purely cosmetic DLC.

Picture at game page clearly says that "Anno 1800 - Year 4 Gold Edition" doesn't have years 1,2,3. Even the name of bundle says it

What you just listed is what is included in the Complete Edition.
The Gold edition only includes the base game and Season 4.
