List/Graph of all trade goods and profits?

new player here. i just started playing and figured out I can sell items right from my dock by setting a limit and anything over that limit will get sold on the next ship.

However what I want to see now is a list of all the goods I'm selling, and a chart showing profit over time so I know if I'm increasing or decreasing profits. Where can I find something like this?

In addition I haven't been able to find a simple chart showing overall income over time. Does this exist as well? Thanks!

Selling excess items from your on-shore warehouse isn't very reliable (if you have docklands DLC, use that instead)

Not sure if there is a graph for selling items... but there is the productions tab which can be access by binding a shortcut key, or click on your warehouses and there is a graph button in its UI window, click that - it will also bring up the productions tab.
You basically want to make sure youre not consuming more than your producing and this will help you figure that out.

Overall income is represented at the top left of your screen - kinda looks like a battery charge of 3 bars.
