Any mod / cheat to start or fast unlock cape trelawney?

Hi!
I want to start a game on the huge island, but can't really find a mod for it (except spice it up, which does too many game changes).

Any idea for this?

Spice it up is modular, you can choose which mods you want to activate.

Yes, I've already tried it, but the mod which enables this (Easy Seed search) ruins the quests & expeditions for all regions.

So while technically it works for what I want, it breaks other features.

They also wrote this in description:
This is just for searching seeds, story or anything like this won't work!

which is why its not so usable.
