How do "scenarios" work?
In my continuous game, I have noted in the "world map" some locations for them.

I saw a few days ago a video in which a guy described the missions: building a dam and other with some mail missions.

I don't know, I still have many questions like:

They have a different save.

Can I repeat if I screw up in the same continuous game?

And more doubts.

Scenarions have their own save. You can start them from the main menu. Don't know what you mean by repeating if you screw up but you can always load an older save like you would if you screwed up in a normal sandbox game. Or start a new one.

They are like a mostly fixed map with its own mission requirements and mechanics. Like building the Dam has environmental effects to worry about. they have achievements tied to them and give points when you complete them to buy skins and i think a avatar. They are designed to be replayed. some are harder then others.

I don't know why its possible to select them in continuous/campaign games since they are independent from them.

There are no achievements attached to the scenario's. I didn't finish any scenario and I'm only missing the achievement for a gazzillion Artistas :)
They do have rewards that you can use to unlock certain cosmetics

I was half asleep when i wrote that and swapped achievements with objectives by accident.

You get tickets that you can spend in the grand gallery. This includes being able to acquire items (specialists) that are available to you in the regular game.

I played a scenario a couple of times and now have acce to two Feras from the beginning of any new save.

You can also farm those with the annoversary expedition in the world's fair.

its not that you cant get the specialists elsewhere, but they do help. finally worked out how it works. even a simple Actor specialist can save time and money early game. (provides canned food and rum to people that have theatre need fulfilled).

Having the actor, the woman who replaces cotton fabric with wool and good old Chef Michel in the early game is priceless, and the tickets give us access to that. Feels like cheating but who cares.
