Propaganda of the Deed Achievement - how i solved the problem

Heyho, some people report problems with the 20 anarchy quests achievement and i just wanted to share my experiences and how i managed to solve the problem with getting no more quests.

The main problem is that after a while (like 8-12 quests) the anarchy quests stop to spawn. You can wait for hours and ... nothing. i had the same problem after 12 quests. Waited like 20 ingame hours and no new quest. I've read many articles in forums, in reddit etc. And many reported that you might have a "corrupted file" and needed to start a new game.

Well, after a while i've read some guy obviously talking bs, he said that you only get anarchist quests, when you equip the anarchist flag (or book, i dont remember correctly) in a town hall. That is obviously wrong, cause i already had 12 quests before doing so and i didn't know what he was talking about.

TLDR: I've build an town hall and INSTANTLY got a new anarchist quest to equip the anarchist flag in the town hall. After that the quests spawned regular and i had no problem getting the rest.

MAYBE this could help you too. Maybe they just forgot to set a trigger. i don't know. Please comment if that method was succesful for you IF you had this problem.
