Minimap Disappeared!

Hey guys, my minimap has just disappeared while switching from windowed to full screen. I literally can’t find anything about how to turn it back on in Google or anywhere.

Restarted, changed resolution, switch windowed, full screen etc. It’s just gone. (:

Any ideas? So hard to navigate without it. Thanks.

I had stuff disappear before as well. One of two things brought it back.
#1 Alt/tab. Brought me to my desktop and then the game keeps running. Click on the game icon on your desktop tray and when the game popped back up my stuff was back.
#2 you hit a shortcut button by accident on your key board. Have the game running then slowly start pushing buttons one at a time on your keyboard to see what you did. Start with the F keys at the top or your keyboard then progress to the number keys and so on.

Take a look at the Options Settings for the Game Controls. That might help you narrow down which keys do something. I know there is one that turns off the whole UI, but I can't remember what.

#1 didn't work unfortunately, and #2 has only the entire UI, no specific minimap there.

In the controls settings, there's no specific toggle on/off for minimap.
There's only one button that toggles the entire UI as you said. And unfortunately it didn't work.


Thank you both very much for suggestions. I had to reinstall the entire game to fix this.
Hope Ubisoft will come up with a button or a bug fix for this, if anyone in the future encounters it. Cheers!
