jfyi: The year 4 complete edition is, in fact, incomplete, and lacks 8 DLCs, which you'd have to purchase separately or as the "Cosmetic Pack" for additional 20 bucks.

From the store page, it clearly states what you get with the Complete Edition, the Cosmestic DLC isn't listed as being included with the Complete Edition:

Marketing & Advertisement are playing with the meaning of words to bend them into another narrative.

"Anno 1800 The Complete Season Pass Edition!

That is bulletproof...

Like most games nowdays that are full price games but have cosmetics which only can get bought for real money.

Seabee, your still missing the point... "Complete" was the topic and not the depth of content that's in the "Complete" Package.

All Mr. Ravenlord did was stating a fact: It's not a complete Edition.
There is content missing / not included.

Understood, there is no argument on this from me, just that the consumer needs to read the fine print before the making a purchase, so that they are educated about what they will receive in the transaction.

If I want EVERYTHING that the game has, including cosmetics, do I buy the Complete Edition and the Cosmetic DLC Bundle and that is all or do I need any of the other 20 or so DLCs?

I looked at the Cosmetic Pack Bundle and it only has 6 DLCs so you do need to buy the others separately for a total cost of around $100,

@Rinaldop maybe you should look again. There are 10 Cosmetic DLC so its withouth a discount is 4x5EUR=20EUR

The other DLC 12 (3 per season) listet are the content ones wich are also in the Season passes or the "complete" Edition withouth the cosmetics.

So for the Complete game you now at the sale need to pay 54 (year 4 complete) + 20 (Cosmetic bundle) + 18 (for the other 4 cosmetic DLC) = 92EUR

Also in this case you really should think if you really all the cosmetic DLC. If you dont juse many ornaments in the maingame half of the cosmetic DLC are worthless. Because they take to much place. If you one of the guys who wanna build beautiful get them if you build efficent its a wast of money (except the ones wo change building/vehicel skins).
