Does anyone need any dlc for multiplayer?

So for gameplay it’s clear you need the dlc out of every season if you wanna play them together. But what for the other dlcs that gives you just some ornaments for your city? Do everybody need it?

All players must have the expansions in order to use them. With cosmetic packs you can use them freely.

No problem.

Also, you can sort of 'share' ornaments with friends if you're doing the co-op Empire. Just build your paid-for cosmetics and they can move'em around and even copy+paste them elsewhere.
