DLCs purchased ... but not available
I previously bought season 1 and 2 DLC from the in game store when the game was removed from Steam, and it worked perfectly.

With winter sales on Steam I bought all Season 3 and 4 DLCs from the Steam store on the 31 December, and they are still locked and inaccessible in game. Anyone with the same issue or anyone managed to fix this ? For now I spent around 60€ for nothing.

I also tried to contact Ubi support but they take ages to answer so I am still waiting.

same s hit here, I requested for refunding the DLCs at steam but they alway answered that I passed the 2 hours and denied refund. (But the 2 hours belong to the main game.) The DLCs were never accessible ingame. Then I purchased Season 1 directly at ubiconnect and this works fine. All season 1 modules were available after launch.

I am still waiting for activation of the at steam purchased season 2....

Hey Mikken, have you pre-ordered Anno 1800 on Steam by any chance ? I did that and I had to battle with ubisoft support just to have the deluxe bonuses unlocked in game. Maybe this issue is common for those who pre-ordered the game before it was removed from Steam. I don't see much people complaining about not having access to DLCs purchased though Steam, though it's a big issue.
Yes, I have had this issue all the time. Pre-ordered on Steam. Bought season packs 1-2 from Steam also but they didn't work. I had to open this issue with Ubisoft support and long story short they got them to work. Same problem with all the other purchased content. Now that the game got available in Steam again, I took a risk and bought rest of the smaller dlc's and they worked without any problems at all. The problem for me was that Steam didn't push the bought content to Ubi launcher so they never got activated in game.

For you the problem is that if you bought the original game from Steam and dlc's from Ubi or ingame shop they don't work. Contact Ubi support and maybe they'll fix it. I can tell you that it takes time, a lot of time but in the end will probably be solved.

So is it just random to actually get the DLCs you purchase to get unlocked in the game ?

When I purchased season 1 and 2 in the Ubi store was the only time everything worked instantly, it's when I'm purchasing from Steam that it is not detected inside Anno 1800. I think that Ubisoft messed with Steam API or there may be a conflict between the two platforms.

For now they are looking into my issue but yeah it takes a lot of time.
Yes, in my experience the problem is that Ubi connect and Steam clients doesn't sync properly. Now that the game is back in Steam it seems to work fine from Steam to Ubi connect but probably not other way around. Let them fix it for, at least they helped me.

Hi, i had the same problem, i shut down steam and ubi connect. Then start up ubi connect as administrator followed by starting up steam as administrator. When you start up the game after that in steam a pop-up in ubi connect will appear adding the dlc to your account.

Hope it helps

My dude, I tried and it worked ! Ubisoft and Steam Support could not find the solution but you did, lol.
Thank you very much for that. I hope it will help more people having the issue.

Exactly the same problem. Bought the last 6 DLC that I was missing. 3 activated normally but 3 are stuck at limbo. Tried reintalling/restarting steam/ubi - nothing. Contacted ubisoft support - 4th day without answer...

you just saved my sanity dude thank you. I worked 12 hours a day in a remote mine for 2 weeks straight excited to play the game and spent all day dealing with Ubisofts incompetent horrible support because buying the DLCs broke the game and here you had the quick fix bam worked no problem
