how to get back to old world from cape trelawney

i kinda think this is gonna be a facepalm moment but im just not getting it .... ive done the cape expedition but how do i get that ship back to the main island in old world ?

When you select a ship and the info card pops up at the bottom right to show whats selected... there will be a button there to send to another region.
