Oil loading problem
To augment the supply of oil in the old world, I set up an oil refinery and small oil harbor in the new world. That harbor is filling with oil. However, when I click on the regular harbor for the island, oil doesn't appear. When I attempt to set up a trade route to pick up the oil, again the oil doesn't appear from me to select it as cargo.

I have a road connection to the main harbor from the small oil harbor. The main harbor will not accept a railroad connection.

Any idea why the oil is not being recognized?

Thanks! It seems that tankers can't be put on a trade route, though I can't imagine why that is even if it can only carry oil. The lack of item slots is a disappointment. I have one that reduces maintenance expense by 40% just waiting to put in
