Playing the 'Campain' with the 'French' localisation.
The Annopedia only provides one entry called 'General'.
When selected, it displays a short description of confort needs 'Besoins de confort'; nothing else.

This is quite surprising as the 'Campain' is made to learn the game. I would expect the Annopedia to provide a full description of game concepts and components (buildings etc).

Is this a problem with the 'Campain' mode or the 'French' localisation?

I'm assuming it's a localization issue as I remember there being more entries in the annopedia for me. Nothing I found terribly useful mind you as I've been using the wiki but there was definitely more there.

Hey,
unfortunately you will not get any help for the basic game via the "Annopedia" button at the moment. (I have no idea what the future will bring.)

Starting with the DLC "Tourist Season" (second DLC of Season 3), some introductory text was written for this DLC and each one after that. So that they can look up and better understand the mechanics of the respective DLC. And a text was also written for the Lifestyle Needs with its introduction in September this year. But unfortunately there are currently no texts for any other DLCs or the base game.

These introductory texts were previously only available via the correct buildings. But since GU16 (December 9th, 2022) these texts can also be accessed via the new "Annopedia" button.


The reason why you may only see the Lifestyle Needs could be that you either do not own the DLCs from Tourist Season and later or do not have them active in your save game. (When these are displayed and when not, I don't know and can only guess.)
