Account suspended?

I spent $100 to buy this game and when I try to launch, it says "Account suspended" on my first log in attempt yesterday. It said temporary and wait... so I wait 24 hours, and try ONE TIME, and again "Account suspended". Is there a way around this?

so.. I can't play the game I spent money on because of a weird technical issue? why does it say multiple failed log in attempts when I "tried" 1 time with a correct password?

Well, sorry to say, but none of us are going to be able to do anything about it. And if the reason for this happening was in error, trying to "get around it" would be grounds for legitimately suspending your account.

Submit a support ticket or refund the game. I'm not being mean, that's just the reality of the situation.

And i might add... i dont have any special love for Ubi .... just got the Complete edition... just to find out that complete in frence/canadian apparently translate to "not contanning all the pieces"
